Born from the belief that the simplest elements - fire, smoke, salt, and time - create the richest flavours, Ko:te is inspired by the humble shelters (Köte in old German) once used by charcoal burners. It brings elemental cooking to the modern event scene: raw, real, and refined.

From hand-selected charcoal to precision fire control, every dish is crafted with purpose. No shortcuts - just honest heat and culinary skill, presented in sleek, mobile form.
